NWHS Story (Part 34)

Ford stays on the couch, happily resting. Dipper would occasionally check on Ford to be sure hes fine. Eventually, Dipper and Mable go off on a monster hunt, going after the gnomes for some odd reason that Mable just wont spill. Dipper just goes along with it, knowing that its just Mable being Mable. Dipper pulls out the paper he had grabbed from Ford's desk awhile ago and reads it over. His eyes widen a bit, seeing a drawing of Bill, almost psychotically scribbled on. Underneath and around it is writing that says,"Hes back. I'm not free from my mistakes. He never left. Hes going to succeed." Dipper's mind races, trying to find a logical explanation for all of this. The only thing he can come up with is, Ford and Bill have some sort of a history together. Mable looks back and sees Dipper's face and walks towards him. "What'cha got there, Dipstick?" Dipper jumps and shoves the paper back into his vest. "Huh? N-nothing!" She gives him that usual look that says,"I don't believe you." and she sighs a bit. "You alright, bro bro?" Dipper nods. "Y-yea! I-I'm fine!" Mable sighs again. "Bro. What's up? What was that paper?" Dipper looks at her, knowing that there is no way out of this. "Its... Its about great uncle Ford... I... I think something happened in the past between him and Bill..." Back at the shack, after a little while, Stan takes some time from the register to watch two suspicious acting teens. He just casually and stealthily follows them until, he catches one pocketing some snacks, obviously planning to steal them. Stan walks over and puts a hand on his shoulder from behind, still careful not to pierce anyone else with his eyes. "Hey. I saw what ya did, kid. Put 'em back and we won't have a problem." He says, having his head down slightly, just barley hiding his eyes. The criminal gives a sickening smirk and turns his head towards Stan slightly. "make me, old man." Stan's eyes shoot up, causing the two teens to jump a bit and freeze. They stare at Stan, almost scared and Stan stares practically into their souls. "Call me 'old man' again. I DARE ya. Now, put. Them. Back." They nod and quickly puts everything back where they had got it. They start walking away, Stan still burning holes into the two with his eyes. Suddenly, one pulls out a gun and holds it to Stan's face and then, BANG!
